Advancement
Andy’s offers many avenues for advancement. We have step-by-step position training as well as guided management training courses. There are opportunities to advance into management from the team member position, as well as training to become a store manager. Because Andy’s has many stores in many locations there is always the option to transfer to another store. In the future a successful manager could have the option to own and run your own Andy’s store. Bonuses Andy’s has a wonderful commission program that includes no top side cap. You control your bonus. Andy’s offers medical, dental and life benefits to its employees and pays 60% of the premium. When the employee is signed up for the medical and/or dental their immediate family members may also be covered.
Leave Benefits
We offer to our employees vacation pay; one week paid after a year and up to three weeks after five years of service. We also include sick leave and paid Short-Term Medical Leave. Retirement
Andy’s currently has an Employee Stock Ownership Program in which its employees are automatically vested into the company for retirement. We are currently exploring new avenues, with greater flexibility, to increase the retirement accounts for employees and better prepare them for their retirement; employees can participate in the direction of their retirement account.
